Glenda K. Brown

Glenda K. Brown is Managing Director of BlueSteps and Executive Career Services for the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants. She heads the strategic and business development opportunities for BlueSteps.com and Executive Career Services. 

 

Glenda launched and manages a global executive career services program within BlueSteps.com, providing career documents and coaching to hundreds of executives annually. She also developed the AESC’s prestigious Business School Alliance program with the aim of connecting EMBA students and alumni from the world's elite business schools with the AESC’s bespoke services, AESC search consultants, and the executive and board placements they handle.

 

Serving as an ambassador for initiatives surrounding executive career and board equality for women, she has developed relationships with many key organizations, and is frequently invited to participate in forums and events for the advancement of Women on Boards and executive leadership.

 

Previous career experience includes strategic alliance and partnership marketing in her successful agency servicing the venue, arts and special event domains. Glenda holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Alabama, and has completed extensive training in coaching with various organizations.
