Adriana Rosa Joins Korn Ferry As Senior Client Partner

Korn Ferry announced Adriana Rosa has joined the firm as a senior client partner. She is based in Korn Ferry’s Sao Paulo office.

Rosa has more than 20 years’ experience in organizational and C-suite consulting. Before joining Korn Ferry, she was a partner at a global consultancy specializing in cultural transformation, where she led culture management projects for large national and multinational companies across multiple sectors.

Previously, Rosa was a brand strategy director, developing brand audits and value propositions for clients across a variety of industries.Prior to that, she was a partner at an HR consultancy for 11 years, designing new approaches to attract, select and develop talent and leadership.

Rosa holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from São Marcos University.
