Futurestep enhances EMEA Demand for Human Resources Talent and Financial Services

Futurestep, a Korn Ferry company that sepcialises in high-impact recruitment solutions, has announced the opening of its Human Resources Centre of Expertise and a new financial senior consultant to meet growing client demand.

The new centre will focus on middle and senior level management and executive search assignments for HR professionals throughout the region, working to develop solutions which add value and credibility to clients.

Overseen by Richard Shea and Ettore Landini, both Managing Director, Search EMEA, the centre will be run by Futurestep’s Head of Human Resources Practice, EMEA, Ashley Mills. Ashley has spent over 15 years in the HR and Talent Acquisition.

Futurestep has also added Jessica Taylor, who joins its EMEA Financial services practice to support an increased demand for talent in the region, based in London.

In her new role as financial services senior consultant, she will be responsible for delivering talent for organizations across a number of sectors, including core infrastructure, governmental, institutional investors, renewables and banking. As these markets develop, she will also support real estate investments. industry working in the UK, France and Switzerland.
