Heidrick & Struggles Appoints New Regional Leader for the Americas

Heidrick & Struggles appoints Ron Lumbra as regional leader for its Americas region. He will lead a team of more than 350 partners, principals and associates serving clients across all service sectors. He has served clients in the energy industry and also specializes in board of director searches.

Mr. Lumbra previously served as managing director and co-leader, Americas CEO and board services for Russell Reynolds Associates. He co-led the firm's Americas operations and was the co-leader of its diversity practice.
