John Elffers Joins Cejka Search As Vice President, Executive Search Services
Cejka Search is pleased to announce the addition of John Elffers, Vice President of Executive Search Services, to the Cejka Search team. In this role, John will be responsible for initiating and growing client and industry relationships, and support the firm in expanding reach and creating new opportunities.
John brings more than 25 years of experience in helping client partners meet or exceed their talent acquisition goals. John’s prior roles include Regional Vice President of Cross Country Search, and former roles as Vice President of Development and Vice President of Operations in the healthcare market. His thorough understanding of clients’ goals, needs, and challenges have made him a trusted advisor in the industry.
