Jorge Mauricio Reynoso, director of the Leadership Consultancy Division for Talengo Mexico

Talengo, executive search and leadership consultancy firm has appointed Jorge Mauricio Reynoso as director of the Leadership Consultancy for Mexico.

 

His new responsibilities include enhancing the Talent & Culture Diagnostics and Leadership Development services within leading sectors in the geographical area. Talengo has been operating for over twenty years in Latin America and has offices in Colombia and Mexico since 2012.

 

Jorge Mauricio Reynoso has more than 30 years of experience in senior positions within Human Resources in Fortune 500 companies. All these years, he has stand our for leadership skills development, achieving results at all levels and compliance with corporate policies. With a multicultural vision, Reynoso has designed from Mexico not only HR creative programs but strategies which has already been implemented by some of the companies he has worked for.

 

Before joining Talengo, Reynoso has been HR Executive Director for Latin America in the pharmaceutical company MSD. Previously, he has performed various executive positions within Human Resources in companies such as Coca-Cola Co. (Atlanta headquarters and subsidiary in Mexico), Mars México; Becton Dickinson & Co.; Tyco, Chrysler or Cervecería Moctezuma.

 

Graduated with the highest distinction as Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Universidad Iberoamericana (Mexico), he has done a postgraduate course in Top Management at IPADE business school (Mexico), among others. He has also developed a long career as a professor in Strategic Management, Change Management and Organizational Development.

 

Reynoso has been granted different awards such as 2015 HR Executive of the Year by the Mexican Association of Human Resources Management.
