Juan Diego Casas, New Director of Life Sciences in Talengo

Juan Diego Casas joins the firm to lead the practice of Life Sciences, a strategic area for Talengo.

Juan Diego has a history of more than 15 years in multinational firms, working on executive search projects, attraction, retention and talent management solutions. All this, added to his experience in different countries, makes him contribute a multicultural and diverse vision about the needs of the sector.

Juan Diego Casas will put special focus on the cultural transformation of organizations and technological innovation, parameters that have focused their work in recent years.

Industrial Technical Engineer from the University of Burgos, he has carried out several Leadership Management programs in both IESE and IMD Business School.
