Martin Misciagna Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner

Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) announced Martin Misciagna has joined the firm as senior client partner. He specializes in financial services and is based in Korn Ferry’s Philadelphia office.

Misciagna brings to the firm over thirty years of experience in organizational design and change management. He has worked with a broad range of clients, including leading global organizations in financial services, media and entertainment, healthcare, software and government.

Misciagna join Korn Ferry from a management consulting firm, where he was managing director. There, he was a leader in their financial services practice with a focus on organizational transformation.

Previously, Misciagna was an associate partner for an information technology firm in their people and organization practice. Prior to that, he worked as a director and practice leader for multiple management consultancies. He started his career with the United States Army.

Misciagna holds a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from Polytechnic Institute of New York, an MBA in organizational behavior and development from The George Washington University, and a PhD in organizational behavior from The George Washington University.
