Michelle Johnston Joins Korn Ferry
Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) announced Michelle Johnston has joined the firm as senior client partner. She specializes in healthcare and is based in Korn Ferry’s San Francisco office.
Johnston brings to the firm over 20 years of success in leadership development, organizational transformation and change management. She joins Korn Ferry from a technology startup where she was chief services officer.
Previously, she served as a vice president at DaVita, a healthcare company, where she was responsible for leadership and management training, organizational development, change management, and executive coaching globally.
She joined DaVita from a professional services firm, where she was a senior manager, focused on talent and organization strategy in the global healthcare sector. There, Johnston led complex transformation programs in both payer and provider organizations.

Johnston holds a bachelor’s degree in human development and psychology from University of Massachusetts, Amherst, a master’s degree in human resource development from University of Southern Maine, another master’s degree in instructional design and psychology from State University of New York, Plattsburgh, and a PhD in psychology from Cornell University.
