New Partner Appointment for Johnson: Dianne Cassen

Johnson is delighted to announce the appointment of Dianne Cassen as Partner and Leader of the firm's Real Estate & Construction Practice.

Dianne has over 20 years’ experience in executive search, human resources and organisational coaching. She was recently Head of Human Resources at Meriton, one of Australia’s largest property development companies. Previously, Dianne held senior executive roles in Talent2 and Hudson, two of Australia’s leading executive recruitment and HR consulting companies. She was part of the team that established Talent2 in Australia and an executive committee member for 10 years.

Her experience includes several hundred senior leadership searches in property development, property funds management (REITs), portfolio and asset management, property investment banking, construction and design.

Dianne is a regular presenter on career and leadership related topics. She has been a mentor for both the Australian Human Resources Institute and National Association of Women in Construction for many years, a longstanding volunteer for the Property Industry Foundation, and a director in the not for profit sector.
