Nina Boone Joins Korn Ferry As Senior Client Partner
Korn Ferry today announced that Nina Boone has joined the firm as a senior client partner. She is focused on leading business development for our diversity and inclusion and board practices, specifically working with underrepresented talent. Boone is based in Korn Ferry’s New York office.
Boone joins Korn Ferry from a global financial services firm where she led sales for mergers and acquisitions and was chair of the US diversity and inclusion board. Prior to this, she held multiple leadership roles in the firm’s sales business.
Previously, Boone was regional vice president of Medco Health Services, focused on business development and account management. Before this, she was the chief sales officer of Paradigm Management Services, a hospital and healthcare company, and head of sales at Cigna Healthcare.

Boone holds a bachelor’s in psychology from Eastern Illinois University and is an International Women’s Foundation Executive Fellow.
