Patrick Whiston Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner
Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) announced Patrick Whiston has joined the firm as a senior client partner in the firm’s Advisory practice, focused on the consumer market. He is based in Korn Ferry’s Chicago office.
Whiston joins Korn Ferry from Mind Gym, a professional training and coaching firm, where he was senior vice president of the client team, leading the team members responsible for growing the business. Previously, Whiston spent 11 years at a management consulting firm, in various consulting and leadership roles.
Whiston has spent over 15 years creating solutions for clients’ human capital initiatives and leading high performing teams to help clients understand their organizations customers in new ways. He has experience in learning and development, culture change, performance management, diversity and inclusion, and talent strategy.
“Patrick is known for his ability to identify business issues and develop comprehensive strategies to address client needs,” said Mark Arian, president, Advisory, Korn Ferry. “He has a track recording of exceeding goals and expectations, and we are thrilled to have his talent on the team.”
Whiston holds a bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University and an MBA from Loyola University in Chicago.
