RSR Partners Announces Boston Presence with the Addition of Michael D. Fitzgerald

RSR Partners, a retained executive search and leadership consulting firm, bolsters its Asset Management Practice with the addition of industry veteran Michael D. Fitzgerald. Mr. Fitzgerald joins as a Managing Director and will launch the firm’s presence in Boston, a strategically important expansion of RSR Partners’ geographical reach.

Prior to joining RSR Partners, Mr. Fitzgerald was a Managing Director and Distribution Practice leader at a search firm specializing in financial services. Prior to transitioning to executive search, Mr. Fitzgerald spent 30 years in asset management distribution, and led Intermediary Distribution at Morgan Stanley Investment Management. He also held a variety of sales leadership roles at MFS Investment Management. Mr. Fitzgerald began his career with Federated Investors.
