RSR Partners Names Alan Renne Head of Industrial Technology Practice
RSR Partners announced that Alan Renne will lead the firm’s Industrial Technology Practice. Mr. Renne has extensive experience advising clients on their most challenging and high-profile executive and senior management talent strategies. In addition, Mr. Renne’s expertise across a number of functional roles allows him to deliver the RSR platform to effectively address and support clients’ evolving needs.

Prior to joining RSR Partners, Mr. Renne served as a managing director for Russell Reynolds Associates and was with The Coca-Cola Company in senior general management positions at country, division, and regional levels in Europe and Eurasia. Previously, he was with The J.M. Smucker Company, where he served as managing director of a European subsidiary, director of greater Europe business development, and group marketing manager. Mr. Renne began his career at Procter & Gamble, where he worked in brand management in the company’s Food, Beverage, and Beauty Care Divisions. Mr. Renne earlier served in the U.S. Army as a general’s aide and in several command assignments with combat armor units stationed in the U.S. and overseas. He has lived and worked in Germany, the United Kingdom, Austria, and Turkey, and has traveled extensively throughout Greater Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Mr. Renne received his BS degree in engineering from the U.S. Military Academy in West Point, New York.
Mr. Renne is a member of the West Point Societies of New York and Connecticut, the New Canaan Society, the British/American Business Council, and Business Executives for National Security. He is also the former chairman of the board and now board emeritus and advisor to The Grace Children’s Foundation.
