Spencer Stuart Acquires MERC Partners

AESC Member firm Spencer Stuart announced that it has acquired AESC Member firm MERC Partners.

Founded in 1980 and based in Dublin, MERC Partners specialises in the appointment, assessment and development of senior business leaders for many of the most notable multinational corporations as well as the leading privately owned and public sector organisations in Ireland. Its offerings also include leadership advisory, interim management and the appointment of non-executive directors.

The acquisition of MERC Partners represents an important addition for Spencer Stuart’s Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and global business. Spencer Stuart has had a sizeable corporate operations team based in Dublin for nearly a decade, supporting areas such as technology, legal and intellectual property. The addition of MERC Partners marks its first client-facing team in Ireland.
