Stanton Chase Hires New Consultant

Mr. Ravi Dasgupta, is Stanton Chase's newest Consultant in Lifesciences & Healthcare practice, joining their Bangalore office.

Ravi has spearheaded HR at companies, including Goodlass Nerolac Paints, Crompton Greaves, SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals and Allergan India. During his last corporate HR engagement, he was heading Biocon’s ( www.biocon.com) Human capital and processes in the capacity of Vice President and Head, Group HR.

Ravi founded RCD HR Consulting in 2015, leveraging over 25 years of expertise in Corporate HR to provide HR consulting services in areas like Executive Coaching, Engagement Surveys, 360 degree surveys and feedback, HR policy codification, Organization Development, facilitation of Leadership Development and Change Management programs , behavioural skills and leadership interventions for top teams etc. He is a certified coach and has coached business leaders and High Potentials in MNC’s and Indian organisations.

With Stanton Chase he will now be leveraging his knowledge gained over 19 years of Leadership hiring experience in the Bio-Pharma and CRO space to give impetus to the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare and Services sector.

His contribution to the HR field has been awarded with the Indira Super Achiever Award in 2003, the HR Leadership Award (Global HR Excellence Awards) for the year 2008-09, the Asia Pacific HR Congress in 2008, and the IPE HR Leadership Award in 2012.
