Steinbach & Partner: Start Of The "Falcon Flight" Project In Bad-Soden Salmünster
On September 5, 2019, the “Falkenflug” project sponsored by Steinbach & Partner took place for the first time in Bad-Soden Salmünster. Under the motto "We are children of one world", more than 100 pupils of the elementary school at the Salz met on the sports field in Salmünster and enjoyed a sporty, happy day as part of a game day with 13 team and relay stations.
The company's collaboration with primary school principal Ms. Waltrun Geisen began in 2015 when many children from refugee families came to primary school for the first time. The company Steinbach & Partner supported the children and their siblings with their initial equipment of working materials and with vouchers for various leisure activities. The Falkenflug project arose from the company in memory of his employee Shahin (Persian the "falcon") Mesbah, who died on September 13, 2017 at the age of 32 and who during his lifetime had campaigned for tolerance and openness to a diverse society.
In addition to colleagues from the company, family and friends and many other supporters, the Mayor of the city of Bad-Soden Salmünster, Mr. Dominik Brasch, was also present, who was deeply impressed by this "heart project" and the headmistress on the part of the city of Bad Soden presented a financial contribution. Next year, the “Falkenflug” project should not only be opened for the elementary school at the Salz, but also for other schools in the surrounding districts. According to Mr. Brasch, children should continue to see each other as they do today, namely as people on a planet.
