Watermark Search International – Appointment of Managing Partner

The Directors of Watermark Search International are delighted to announce the appointment of David Evans as Managing Partner, effective March 2019.

David has 14 years’ experience in executive search, with a track record of growing and scaling search businesses. He joins Watermark from Amrop Carmichael Fisher where he was Senior Partner and Head of Sydney Office.

The focus of the role will be on growing Watermark’s established business lines in Sydney and Melbourne, including:

• Executive search
• Board appointments
• Interim management

Watermark has strong client portfolios in a range of segments including:

• Federal government and state government
• Infrastructure and construction
• Manufacturing
• Health
• Education
• Energy and utilities
• Consumer goods
• Financial services

David’s personal area of focus will continue to be financial services, with an emphasis on private equity and their portfolio companies. He appoints leadership teams encompassing CEOs and their direct reports.
