Witt/Kieffer Hires New Associates For Expanding Education Practice
Witt/Kieffer, has announced the addition of three new associates for its growing Education Practice.
“As institutions in higher education continually evolve, strong, creative leadership is more essential than ever,” said Robin Mamlet, managing partner and practice leader. “We are very excited to expand our Education Practice with these three talented and experienced associates and welcome the fresh insights and perspectives they bring to our team and to the clients we serve.”
The new associates are:
- Andrew Bowen, based in Oak Brook, IL, supports the recruitment of a variety of top administrative roles on behalf of leading universities and colleges, collaborating with colleagues to identify leaders who fit client institutions’ strategic needs, educational missions and cultural traditions. Prior to joining Witt/Kieffer, Andrew was the program coordinator of core curriculum for American University in Washington, D.C. He holds an M.A. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Maryland.
- Jessica Herrington, based in Miami, FL, brings to her role a wealth of experience in academia and a passion for assisting institutions in finding creative and effective leaders. Jessica supports the recruitment of a range of key senior administrators including presidents, provosts, deans, and departmental leaders. Prior to joining Witt/Kieffer, Jessica held key positions in development, fundraising and alumni relations with Florida International University in Miami as well as the University of Miami.
- Julia Venetos, based in Irvine, CA, brings varied and extensive experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, marketing, communications, media, and advertising to her role as associate. Julia works closely with colleagues and client institutions to ensure a comprehensive and efficient search process for presidents, provosts, deans, and other senior academic leaders. Before joining Witt/Kieffer, Julia supported executive hiring and onboarding, and led process improvement activities, for Pacific Life Insurance Company.
