WittKieffer Unveils New Branding, Website in Its 50th Year of Executive Search Leadership
Global executive search firm WittKieffer today revealed a redesigned website and logo, in conjunction with its 50th year in business. The company also has a new tagline, "Leading the way forward," which communicates its focus on helping clients to navigate the future.
The new branding is a culmination of a year-long process of exploring what makes the firm unique and how it can continue to serve clients and candidates better as it increases its capabilities and expands globally. As strategic experts in leadership, WittKieffer offers its clients around the globe services and solutions that create lasting success and transform their organizations, communities and society at large.
"Our reputation among clients and candidates with whom we work is exceptional, and we believe that our new brand differentiates our firm in the markets we serve and aligns with our continued commitment to excellence," said WittKieffer president and CEO, Andrew Chastain. "Our 50th anniversary presents a unique opportunity to build upon that solid reputation while responding to what our clients want from an executive search partner."
As part of its branding process, WittKieffer conducted research as to what clients want in an executive search firm, surveying hundreds of executives. The following are the top five needs:
- Quality of the candidates
- Understanding of the client's business
- Collaboration through the entire search process
- Ability to network to find the best candidates
- Ability to identify unique qualities and experiences in candidates
"Clients expect search firms to identify truly unique and difference-making candidates today," Chastain added. "We take this to heart in every search that we conduct."
WittKieffer employees will gather in Chicago in October for an official company meeting and celebration of the anniversary.
