Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) announced today the launch of their newly re-designed and responsive website.
AESC’s new website embodies the organization’s mission as the voice of excellence for executive search and leadership consultants worldwide. A noteworthy feature of the new website is a thought leadership library, of which AESC has compiled the world's largest archive of content related to senior executive talent. The ever-growing library features more than 300 research and white papers authored by the best executive search and leadership consulting firms in the business—AESC members. Topics include Assessment and Culture, Risk Management, Transformational Leadership, and more.
AESC membership currently consists of 350 member firms in 70 countries. The AESC website provides a comprehensive list of AESC member executive search and leadership consulting firms, searchable by region and country, as well as an International Search Firm Directory, of which board directors and talent acquisition professionals can access to identify strategic consulting advisors who can help them find, select and onboard talent for their organization’s senior executive positions.
AESC’s new website also features useful guides on executive search and leadership consulting, including why choose an executive search and leadership consulting firm and diversity as a business imperative.
Executive talent acquisition professionals and board directors are invited to register for free with AESC to access the online directory of executive search and leadership consulting firms as well as AESC’s RFP service for organizations seeking to retain an executive search and leadership consulting firm.
AESC also offers career management resources and tools to senior-level executives through its BlueSteps service. Executives can join BlueSteps to gain visibility to top executive search firms, scan listings of open executive searches and participate in online seminars on a variety of executive career topics, from how to land a first board seat to optimizing the interview process.
