Global Talent Acquisition, Executive Search and Leadership Consulting Professionals Will Convene in London for Annual European Conference

Thought leaders and industry experts will join executive search and talent acquisition professionals for The Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants’ (AESC) annual European Conference, to take place in London on 12 November.

The executive search and leadership consulting profession is undergoing widespread change impacted by fast-moving external forces. At the global industry association’s European Conference, Richard Dobbs of McKinsey Global Institute will speak about “No Ordinary Disruption - How the World Will be Different,” commenting on the global forces breaking all the trends: the collision of technological disruption, rapid emerging-markets growth, urbanization, widespread aging and greater global connections.

Major technological changes are impacting the future of executive talent acquisition. How can senior talent acquisition professionals better grapple with the rapid pace at which their organizations must adapt and evolve to win the best talent and impact their bottom lines? Russ Shaw of Tech London Advocates will share insights on “Technological Disruption & The Future of Talent Acquisition,” based on his experiences having served on the boards of multiple technology companies.
