Heidrick & Struggles: How Do CEOs Develop The Skills They Need To Lead In A Changing World?

For the eighth year Heidrick & Struggles is participating at the World Economic Forum, raising the profile of executive search worldwide and providing insight into the challenges facing the world’s leaders today.

To coincide with The World Economic Forum, Heidrick & Struggles partnered with Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford to produce The CEO Report. Based on 150 interviews with CEOs, the report addresses how CEOs develop the skills they need to lead in a changing world. Taken together, the interviews underscore the ways in which the role of CEO is changing, and point to the capabilities that will enable today’s leaders—and tomorrow’s—to prepare for, and thrive in, a business environment marked by uncertainty and change.
