Korn Ferry: Class of 2014- New NEDS in the FSTE350

Korn Ferry released their findings for this year’s “Class Of” series. The report uncovers the shifting patterns in appointments for the UK’s largest companies.

One of the primary reasons the Class of 2014 Members were interested in the NED role was the ability to apply lessons they gained from their executive career. Only 10% were attracted to the position to increase networking opportunities.

The report also surveyed members to gain insights about their experience becoming NEDs. The interviews provide an in-depth look into career progression and history. The report includes recommendation from the Class of 2014 to future NEDs.
