Víctor García Poves is a new manager at Talengo.

García Poves is an expert in the area of ​​digital transformation. Bachelor of Economics and Business Administration from San Pablo CEU University, he completed his training with an MBA and a superior program in IT Management , both from the Instituto de Empresa, and the Master in Internet Business (MIB) from ISDI.

His first professional steps were linked to the financial sector and consulting, until he joined the field of HR as Human Capital Manager of Deloitte . Later he held that same responsibility in firms such as Burger King Corporation or Sanitas .

In his last professional stage he specialized in the digitization of HR, both from the point of view of internal organization and from the consultancy on digital talent.
