Cejka Executive Search Expands Its Leadership Team with New Executive Vice President

Cejka Executive Search has announced the hire of healthcare executive Joyce Tucker. Joyce will join the firm as an Executive Vice President, responsible for senior-level healthcare search services and consultation. In her role, Joyce will work in collaboration with healthcare boards and senior executives at healthcare organizations nationwide to acquire senior talent to successfully lead in today’s changing healthcare market.

Tucker holds a Master of Arts in Health Services Management and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. During her more than 30 years as a healthcare executive, Tucker has been responsible for health care administration and management, human resources, budgeting, purchasing, marketing, strategic planning and process improvements.

Also new to the Cejka Executive Search management team is Teresa Hollie, serving as a Senior Associate Consultant. Hollie is a seasoned recruitment expert specializing in healthcare executive search for nearly a decade.
