In keeping with its commitment to grow and expand the firm’s financial services executive search practice, Stanton Chase, a leading global retained executive search firm, has added three senior consultants to its growing Boston office.
Christopher Arnold, Managing Director of Stanton Chase Boston and Global Practice Leader for Financial Services, has announced the recent expansion of the Boston office with the addition of Dickson Smith, John DiBenedetto and Robert Mulligan.
Dickson Smith has 25 years of executive search experience specializing in the global recruitment of financial services professionals. As President and Founder of Dickson Smith & Company, Inc., a boutique executive search practice, Dickson specialized in recruiting investment professionals for asset managers. Now an integral part of Boston’s growing team, he brings his search expertise to the Financial Services, Technology and Life Sciences practice groups.
John DiBenedetto brings extensive financial services experience to Boston’s growing team, having worked in the asset management space in both New York and Boston. Prior to joining Stanton Chase, John spent 18 years at Fidelity Investments within their asset management and institutional businesses. In senior sales and client relationship management roles, John helped clients execute their growth plans and recruited wealth and asset management advisors to support client needs. At Stanton Chase, John will focus on executive search within the wealth management, asset management, private equity and financial technology sectors.
Bob Mulligan joins Stanton Chase as an Advisory Director with 28 years’ experience in the sale and distribution of investment vehicles with firms such as GE Asset Management and Mirae Asset Global Investments, where he managed national account, national sales and research analyst relationships. Bob brings value to the Asset Management and Wealth Management markets, particularly for emerging managers and fund services platforms.
