Stanton Chase Adds New Managing Director to Chicago Office
Ed Felice, a veteran search consultant, has joined the Chicago office of Stanton Chase as a Managing Director.
The announcement was made by Bernard Layton, Managing Director of the Chicago office of Stanton Chase, a global retained executive search firm with 70 offices in 43 countries. Felice returns to the Chicago office after brief tenure with another search firm.
“It is my distinct pleasure to welcome Ed back to Stanton Chase,” said Layton. “His experience in numerous industry sectors will further strengthen our Chicago team and bring great value to our global partners.”
In his capacity as a managing director, he will serve as a senior member of the Travel, Hospitality & Leisure, Financial Services and Professional Services Practices for Stanton Chase. Felice will also be responsible for the execution of retained searches at the board, ‘C’ suite, senior executive and mid-management levels.
Prior to joining Stanton Chase, he served as managing director for two international executive search firms. He also spent more than 20 years with the Allstate Insurance Company where he held key leadership roles in human resources, product management, actuarial pricing, marketing, sales, finance, and risk management.
Felice is involved in numerous industry associations at the national, regional and local levels. He is a member of and/or participates in organizations such as the Casualty Actuarial Society, Society of Actuaries, Society of Human Resources Management, and Risk and Insurance Management Society. He has been a featured guest speaker at various universities including the University of Michigan, the University of Texas, Howard University and the University of Illinois.
