Futurestep Names North America President

Futurestep, a Korn Ferry company that provides talent acquisition solutions, has named Bill Gilbert as president of Futurestep North America.

In this capacity, Mr. Gilbert will lead the strategy and growth efforts for both its search and solutions businesses in the region. In addition, he will drive the Futurestep strategy across the region and continue to work closely with Korn Ferry and Korn Ferry Hay Group colleagues to ensure an integrated approach.

Mr. Gilbert has been with Futurestep since 1999. In 2012, after serving in a number of revenue generating and leadership roles, he was appointed to his most recent role of vice president and general manager for Futurestep’s North America search business.
