Korn Ferry Adds New Senior Client Partner in their New York Office
Korn Ferry announced that Steve Safier has joined the firm as Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s New York office.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Dr. Safier was Chief Human Resources Officer at Panasonic North America as well as the President of Panasonic North America Health and Wellness Solutions. In the latter role, he focused on developing innovative software solutions for the B2B and B2C health care business, including remote patient monitoring. Dr. Safier led several employee and contractor teams in the US, India and Eastern Europe.
Previously, as Senior Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer at Subway Franchisee Advertising Fund Trust (SFAFT), he worked extensively on the turnaround and international expansion of this independent, franchisee-led organization charged with delivering global profitable sales for SUBWAY®, one of the world’s largest restaurant companies, with locations in 84 countries.
Dr. Safier began his consulting career at Hay Group, where he worked for nearly 20 years, serving as Consultant and then Partner.. Here he helped clients develop and execute practical, actionable business solutions.

Mr. Safier has a PhD in Clinical Psychology and a Masters of Arts in Psychology from the University of Connecticut, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Touro College.
