RSR Partners Appoints Steven Martano
RSR Partners, an executive search and leadership consulting firm, announced today the appointment of Steven Martano as a Principal in the firm’s Industrial Practice. With extensive experience in executive recruiting, he will play a key role in the firm's search execution and business development efforts, where he will focus on the industrial manufacturing and automotive sectors.
Announcing Martano’s appointment, Colin Graham, head of the firm's Industrial Practice, stated, “We are pleased to welcome Steven to our firm. His record of working not only at the senior-most levels of executive recruiting, but also within one of the world's largest industrial conglomerates, will add valuable expertise and insight to our practice. Prior to joining RSR Partners, Mr. Martano worked at a global search firm, where he helped build its Global Automotive and Cyber Security Practices. Earlier he worked at Sikorsky Aircraft, leading operations and financial planning for multi-billion contracts for the U.S military and key international customers in the Middle East, Asia, and South America. Mr. Martano holds a BA degree from The Catholic University of America and a MA degree in economics and finance from Trinity College.
