Korn Ferry: Efficacy Programs and their Effectiveness

Korn Ferry has published a report on the effectiveness of Efficacy programs, which focus on developing the confidence and competencies of underrepresented groups by training an individual’s ability to efficiently solve the challenges the person faces. 

In this report, the following five Efficacy principles are defined and discussed in detail:

• A capacity-building mindset mobilizes effort.
• Development is a learnable, teachable process.
