Epsen Fuller Group: Significant Gender Gap Persists in Life Sciences Sector

Epsen Fuller Group has released new research on gender diversity in both boardroom and C-Suite positions in the Life Sciences industry. Notably, the report points out that, although investors received a higher return with companies who focus on gender diversity, there is still a large disparity between the amount of men and women holding board and C-suite roles. 

Some key facts include:

• Just over 1 out of 10 Life Science Directors are women.
• Women only represent 13% of C-Suite Executives in Life Science public companies.
• The medical device sector of the industry has the lowest amount of female board representation, with less than 10%.
