Korn Ferry, with contributions from Senior Client Partner Eric van Zelm, make the case that in order to retain your job in the age of technology taking over many tasks and responsibilities, professionals need to develop agility skills.

Although citing a Korn Ferry study that says 67% of CEOs believe technology creates more value than human capital, the article purports that humans who are able to work with technology are much more valuable than the technology itself. This is mainly due to the fact that humans can continue to develop themselves and employ their expertise to multiple areas, where as machines generally only have one function that eventually becomes outdated.
