Korn Ferry: The Effects of Brexit on UK Boards
The results of Korn Ferry’s “Class of 2016” study reveal that Brexit is causing UK boards to appoint 20% fewer non-executive directors than the average year. The article cites the uncertainty of exactly how Brexit will affect the UK to be causing businesses to halt making large decisions. In 2016, there were only 67 FTSE-listed IPOs, as opposed to 92 the year before.
